What you need:
3 medium sized carrots
Salt ( Crucial Four is the best)
1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Drizzle of Olive Oil
What to do:
Grate the carrots as it will release the most nutrients then dress it up with the above.

Why you need it:
Carrots have been making rounds lately on helping ladies balance their hormones and it’s a delicious way to get them in check. Raw carrots contain unique fibers that bind toxins, particularly excess estrogen. Carrots also help lower the bad bacteria in our gut aiding in good digestion and gut health.
Looks like I’m going to be eating a lot of carrots going forward.
