Myth #1: You need a perfect routine to be healthy
You don’t need a picture-perfect morning routine or a schedule that looks like an influencer’s.
Wellness is built through simple habits you can actually maintain.
The basics will always matter:
nourishing your body
moving your body
hydration
quality sleep
managing stress
These are the ingredients to good health.
Myth #2: More workouts = better health
Exercise is important, but more is not always better.
Your body also needs: recovery , rest days , proper nutrition ,nervous system support
A healthy lifestyle is about balance, not burnout.
Myth #3: Healthy eating has to be complicated
You don’t need complicated recipes or a million rules.
Learning how to fuel your body with quality ingredients, whole foods, and intentional choices can completely change the way you feel.
Myth #4: Wellness is only physical
True wellness is more than what you eat and how you exercise.
It’s also: your mindset ,your environment , your stress levels , your relationships , your spiritual health
The whole person matters.
