These are my favorite hair hacks that I’ve been doing for years and even through postpartum they have been consistent favorites.

Want the best hair mask? You don’t need an expensive hair treatment.
Grab a fresh aloe vera leaf from Whole Foods or your local grocery store, cut it open, scoop out the gel, and blend it with rosemary. Work it into your scalp and all the way down to your ends.
Leave it on for about 30 to 60 minutes before washing it out.
Your scalp loves the hydration from the aloe, and rosemary has become one of my favorite ingredients for supporting healthy hair.

I try to avoid shampoos filled with unnecessary chemicals and fragrances. Lately I’ve been loving shampoo bars made with rosemary and cedarwood. They leave my hair feeling clean without stripping it, and I love knowing exactly what I’m putting on my body.

I like adding a few drops to my hair mask or mixing them with a carrier oil and massaging them directly into my scalp.
Every time you do a hair mask, spend a few minutes really massaging your scalp. It feels amazing, encourages circulation, and gives your scalp a little extra love.
