Three Must Have Supplements For Health.

Being a mom of three and postpartum, I had to find lots of hacks to simplify my life.

One area was with supplements. Having had an autoimmune disorder, at one point I was taking 20 different supplements a day to feel somewhat normal. It was exhausting and daunting.

I've learned that many supplements are not needed when our diet is filled with healthy fats, vitamins, and nutrients. However the supplements we take need to be potent and effective and found these three to be powerhouses.

Here are the three that have given me a ton of energy, focus, and feeling great just three months postpartum.

Cod Liver Oil -is high in vitamins A &D and it's great for inflammation, eye health, gut health, and moods. I've noticed a significant change in my energy levels and my sleep is deep and well-rested even in the midst of postpartum. After amazing reviews, I went with Rosita. They source from Norway sustainably and their oil is unfiltered and raw.

Shilajit - mineral deficiency is something we all have. It's high in fulvic which again is great for energy, helps with hair loss, brain health, and sleep, and gives us a good dose of the missing minerals we need.

Mitolife is my go-to for most of my supplements.

Vitamin E is another supplement I get from Mitolife.

This helps against PUFAS (polyunsaturated fatty acids) and builds up the health of your blood, brain, and is amazing for the skin.

All three together have simplified my supplements and have done wonders for my health, I know it can do the same for you paired with a clean diet, toxic-free products, and good water.
